Temujin operates exclusively as a brokerage platform, facilitating connections between customers and independent fabrication shops (hereinafter referred to as "Partners").
Our role is to enable transactions and communications through our platform. As such, we do not own, produce, or directly provide the
fabricated parts and are not responsible for the production process.
All Partners on the Temujin platform are solely responsible for the quality and specifications of the parts they produce and deliver.
They are independent entities operating in their own capacity and are not agents or representatives of Temujin.
Buyers are advised to thoroughly inspect all parts at the point of collection from the Partner’s premises.
If any defects or discrepancies are found, it is the buyer's responsibility to request rectification or replacement before accepting the parts.
Once parts are collected and accepted by the buyer, Temujin holds no liability for any defects found thereafter.
No complaints or claims for defects can be lodged against Temujin post this inspection and acceptance period.
Temujin's liability to any user for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount
paid, if any, by the user to Temujin for the brokerage services during the duration of the user's use of the platform.
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Temujin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Sale by the user or any other liabilities related to the products provided by Partners.
Any disputes between buyers and Partners regarding the quality of parts shall be resolved directly between the said parties. Temujin is not
responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes but may, at its discretion, facilitate communication if deemed necessary.
Temujin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Sale at any time. It is the
user's responsibility to check these Terms of Sale periodically for changes.
